I am keen to pick up a bunch of 52" sticks. I prefer cane shafts and want to try out a few head sizes and shapes. Any recommendations?

I too like TOP mallets, that's where I send my mallets to get repaired and get new ones.
Can anyone provide the contact info for TOP. I play in the United States and find it difficult to order polo mallets or gear from outside the United States. Within the USA, I prefer Tatos mallets over Nanos. I can get better canes from tato and he does a great job with repairs too.
Thanks to everyone for your advice! This has been really useful. I'll let you know how I go in my blog. Cheers!
My brother works with pablo owner of tacos TOP. celedoniomc@hotmail.com send him and e mail or ask dor his celphone. His nickname is Coco. I hope this could help you.

I have baught from all the top mallet makers and you can find good mallets in each shop if you hand pick the ones you like but Nano's is the best at taking an order over the phone and sending you your type of mallets. They are set up to handle all level of player.
Charlie,

I would have to agree with you. Nano's is very good at taking orders over the phone. Bottom line unless u can hand pick them... its difficult to get what u want....

George.
Hi,

For mallets of any kind, visit www.woodmallets.com We specialise in custom making cane or composite mallets to order. Just let us know what specs you want and we can usually deliver in about a week worldwide.
Thanks George - I have decided to test a few fibercane mallets and I will give my opinion on them on this website. Should I call you to organise?
Hugh, try just one of my mallets which I personally pick according to customers specs or to my experience
Thanks Luis. I have decided to test George Wood's mallets for the moment as he is close by in New Zealand. I'd be happy to try one or two from you too if you would like to send to Australia and depending on the cost.
George Wood's new Fibercane Mallet's are unbelievable.. They last longer, dont spring more consistent and you can order as many as you want and they'll all be identical..
Hugh, I will send you the corresponding info to your private email address, meanwile you can have a look at my web site www.dosbanderas.us
please write me to: ls_martel@yahoo.com so I can forward specs
regards
