I had custom Polo boots custom made out of Buffalo.  They are very large and I can take my foot out and put it in without unzipping at the bottom.  The heel on the right is not flat.  Just wondering if this is how they are supposed to fit.  They feel way too big and they are uncomfortable to walk in because the heel is not level.

I'm in Argentina and went to supposedly the best maker but they are paid for now.  Any advice?  Thanks!

Your polo boots does not need to be tight but can not be loose and the heel shoulld be flat. There are two people in Argentina I would trust to take a look at them and mayby fix them for you. Casa Fagliano and Carlos Lascano, both are exceptional boot makers, Fagliano being the best in the world. send my regards tell them I sent you. Thanks

Thank you Leo, they fixed them for me so they fit well.  They fixed them on the spot.  I went to the Giribit factory and they took good care.  Thank you for responding.  I will have to come look at your store.  Kat
