Hello, we are actually creating a hotel in the west part of France, 15km from Saumur & Le Cadre Noir (kind of ‘superschool’ for horse riders managed by professionals from the French Army and the national school of horse-riding). It’s going to be a 4star hotel of 16 bedrooms with a restaurant of 50pax, a bar, a tennis court and a swimming pool, in an old farm from the XV century and a stately. Because of the historical background of the Saumur area and our passion, this hotel is going to be themed around horses. We also have a meeting room to welcome companies and we are planning to propose teambuilding and activities around horses. The 10 acres of the property will be dedicated to horses and we are actually planning to maybe build one or two polo fields. I already know there are two polo clubs in the region: the Brittany Polo Club and the Anjou Polo Club.
