The Club house will have a La Martina meets Ralph Lauren Modern ambiance with a restuarant overlooking the fields. On top of the club house will be an observation dect for VIP gatherings. 

A Heliport will be located nearby to accomodate 2 helecopters with shuttle security housing nearby.

I have a basic design to start with 4 fields and 1 stick and ball. There will be an indoor arena for winter polo and other equestrian events such as Jumping and Dressage. Along with indoor stabling for 60 horses only.

We still have a Tennis, Paddle Ball, Racketball Facility with Wellness & Spiritual Center on the opposite side of the Unprotected Endangered Species memorial park entrance. The entrance will be 1-2km of Flowered trees and tulips in a pedestrian park with memorial commemorating: Ghandi, Martin Luther King, Bhutto, JFK, De Vinci and many more whom died for the betterment of their country and the world.
