Working around polo this is a common theme. It’s a time consuming and stressful job for polo clubs running many grounds on several days of the week. It takes up many hours a week, and as a polo manager or polo office, it is very dicult to keep all clients happy all of the time, historically members get disappointed.
Many hours and often late nights are spent trying to sort out what should be straight forward. Unfortunately the more people, the bigger the problem.
Automation of the process with an on-line booking system is now available for all clubs and members.
