The first polo show in the Middle East

The show series cleverly combines the drama and glamour behind this great game. It is elegant, exclusive and an easy to watch documentary style that already has a loyal audience each week.

Polo is becoming a more recognized and powerful sport internationally. More people want to be involved, want to understand the rules and be able to talk about teams and players. It’s become the ‘in-sport’ of this century.

This show will involve drama among the players, trainers & spectators on & off the field. It will also include a step by step educational view on everything you need to know about the game. There will also be up to date inside reports on the matches nationally and internationally. Our audience & sponsors will be hooked. It is also a brilliant way to promote the UAE to the world.

Dubai Racing Channel will be the first station in the Middle East to access polo to the rest of the world and we plan to go in with a ‘bang’. There will be two shows, one is on air now focusing on the rules and educate the audience, this is called ‘U & POLO’.

The second show will focus on all the matches around the Middle East and around the world. It will concentrate every aspect of polo and promote the Middle East to the world "Kings of Polo". There will also be live coverage for the main tournaments.

The show is featuring a presenter, Chelsea Blampied who will be the face of the show. Throughout the shows each week there will be direct involvement from the commentators, umpires, referees, players, trainers, spectators, team managers, international players and guests.

The Director and presenter will sit in the weekly polo meetings, to be on-top of all the news and guests on the shows. We will also become UAE’s official media sponsor and our logo will be all around the matches here and worldwide.
