Hello all,
Most of you who are not living in South East Asia might have never heard of South East Asian Games (SEA Games). SEA Games is a bi-annual sporting event approved by the IOC to be held between countries of South East Asia. Last year in December, Polo is once again played in the SEA Games after being absent for 18 years, with countries participating: Indonesia, Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand and the Philippines.
FIP Ambassador James Ashton from Millamolong, NSW, Australia is in Thailand to regulate the event. In my opinion, this is a small step but a giant leap towards polo getting olympic recognition.
