Hi Abi! Sorry it took me a while to get back to you, I was on holiday without a computer... I'm pretty new to polo too, but I just kind of jumped in with my university team (St Andrews, in Scotland) which has worked really well because in addition to lessons I got to start playing matches almost immediately against people in the same situation, which I think is helping me improve a lot faster than just practicing...don't know if you have a similar program near you that you could join?? I'm also going to Argentina in the spring once I've had a bit of time to get familiar with the basics, are you considering going at all?

Hello Abi,
I hope you'll consider joining us in Miami Beach for the South Beach Woemn's Polo Cup in Florida. We have eight teams of women competing on the sands of Miami Beach with the waves of the Atlantic Ocean slapping against the shores. Complimenting the women's event will be the 7th Miami Beach Polo World Cup in which 6-8 teams of 14-16-goal teams will compete against one another over the course of three days.
