i had looked forward to your visit with the royal brunei team ,

it was later that his majestey informed me that it was just him who wanted to hit a few shots on the famous 61 cavalry ground .

it started with a few shots and ended up in a few chukkars of a very hard fought game of polo between the royal brunei team which consisted of his majestey col pinka virk the commandant of the 61 cavalry , capt saurab saharan and major navjeet sandhu both officers of the 61 cavalry - the last pure mounted cavalry regiment in the world today

i was on the other side. the royal brunei side won by 3 goals
his majestey is a very intelligent player and his long hitting and experience shows off clearly on the ground . it was indeed an honour to play some hing end military polo with him .he played the cavalry polo ponies and was very comfortable on his new mounts

the cavalry and the officers are thankful for the game and his visit .

he has invited me to get a team to brunie and i look forward to seeing you all and having some good chukkars with you all .

pl pay my regards to MR SAIFUL RIZAL RAZALI ,first secy trade and commerce who visited along with HM.

it was a real pleasue to have played with his majestey .
