Tonight I have a meeting with the vicepresident of the club (we are having dinner to talk about other thing, but I´ll tell him). Could be nice.
It´s important to know, because they already ask me, what you mean, when you said "Accomodation,transport and horses will catered for...". What the people of the club in Munich have to pay? How many goals is going to be the charity game? how many days they have to spend there (1, 2) is 1 or 2 games? where is going to be the accomodation?
I think that november and december are very good times to travel there...
