We will be traveling to Italy and will be in this area the last week of May. We are staying at the Castello di Tornano .They have horses there, but I have not found any reviews of the horses. Is anyone familiar with them or other places in the area?See More
Thank you for your advice on polo clubs in the area! I was actually at Country Farms today for the IHSA horse show and spoke to Bob Ceparano about winter polo. I look forward to joining the lessons/chukkas, hopefully within the next two weeks!
No need to apologize. I think you were very prompt in responding back to me and I truly appreciate it. I would be totally depressed if the game is canceled. Are you sure I would be allowed to come and watch them practice at 5:30 Saturday? That would make my day. I have horseback riding lessons in the morning so it works out perfect. I'm learning to ride a horse so I can learn Polo, I think I read somewhere that it's a pre-requisite. I truly love this game and admire everyone who plays it.
Well, I didn't mean to write so much. Thank you again for your response and I look forward to tomorrow or Saturday or both. : )
I don't mean to bother you with such a trivial question, but since your a club member at the Country Farms Polo Club. Do you think if it rains tomorrow the game will be canceled or will they hold the game indoors?
Thanks so much for your time! Have a fabulous night!
Anna : )
That's so funny that your polo club is Country Farms. My girlfriend and I will be going there this Friday night, October 15th. It will be my first time at the country club. I've been going to the polo games at Bridgehampton and Old Westbury. I am so looking forward to it. I am such a polo addict. Have a great night!
