The former Brit, a European trained designer, serves high profile often of celebrity-status clientele. And yet, he states: “I’m not here to impose my own taste on the client but try to be sensitive and intuitive to their needs, sort of Sherlock Holmes like.” So whether the project is an apartment on the beach or a mansion in the hills, Dayan, who is enriched with art-direction and set design background from England and Hollywood, is set to transform the villa or private jet plane in a dramatic and graceful fashion. And real estate agents love him since his completed projects increase in value tremendously and often go on the market shortly after completion by Dayan, at great profits to the owners!
