Hi Tim

I had hoped to come over to Victoria for some polo but have been flat out here. Are you in Australia much longer or off to the other hemisphere soon? I heard that there is a lack of water for Frogmore? We have been experiencing the same trouble at Strathalbyn, although now there have been late showers we are inheriting a tournament meant to be run at the Adelaide ground because its too wet there. LOL The joys of turf and rain or the lack of it...

Hope you are well.
Best Regards Jo

Thanks for accepting my friend accept Tim.

I went along to the Polo In The City event held at Albert Park on Saturday and really enjoyed it, was in fact the first time I had ever seen polo live.

It's a great sport to watch and definitely more people should become involved, but unfortunately it carries a bit of a stereotype that anyone who plays it must be super rich etc.

How did you get involved?

What attracted you to the game?

Hi Tim, hope you and Gail are well and it's a bit green where you are.
Missing the polo so fistly I was stick and balling my daughter's horse but he is 16.3 a bit tall and neck-reins like you would expect from an evente;, so I have pulled my 15yo Tb mare out that I haven't sat on for 2 years and surprisingly she didn't try to ping me off like she use to. Tried her with the mallet yesterday and she was good so at least I can play round a bit although I better work out how to tyie up her tail because I am very sure she won't tolerate the mallet caught up in it.
Are you currently playing or umpiring?
Regards
