Marketing art is a little like casting a net. First you have to have a net capable of capturing the fish you desire, then you you have to know how to throw it, and finally you need to exercise judgment in where you are going to cast. You can't push, you can only pull. The most effective fishermen know the type of fish their net catches best, and their "success rate" reflects a targeted focus.
This is off-topic for PCW, so I'll continue in a private message.
