william fung said… - Little river is 10 mins on the Geelong side of Werribee. I only have 5 polo horses at the moment, and one is green , and the other a bit wild. But plan to organise some games here. Currently having practices every sun and sat at werribee. During the season at Frogmore we practice on Thurs and matches on sat and sun. Let me know if you are interested, you may remember Louise O'sullivan who also had some training up at Whroo. She is quite keen to play too. U can add her to your friends list and see when she is avail to play. I will send here a message.

- Hi William, the club pricing sounds quite reasonable, and hiring is definately what I will need to do. Where is Little River? Great to have space to practise. This sounds really good and I would definately be interested to practise polo with you, I've been trying to link in with someone. I think I've done enough lessons and clinics to get me started now need to practise with others and then get to have a play in team games to learn more, and of course look at a club to join. The horses in my pics are mine, not polo horses, (actually one used to be) however I do practise stick and ball with a few of them, only one horse neck reins, I also use them for my nieces & nephew to ride, and I have a young gelding who is now riding under saddle and I will teach him neck reining, stick and ball, see how he goes with it. Look forward to organising something with you, when is a good time? July is probably out for me currently but August good if you want to try out a day then, let me know. Cheers, Gabby:)

Yes Tim Keyte, I had clinic polo lessons with him at Whroo a few years back. I have also been to clinics in NSW Riverlands to learn Polo, so I am still very new with the game, and looking into the clubs in Vic for next season as I would like to have a go at playing. Unfortunately I live far away from any of the polo fields in Vic, however I will look into what I can do. Have you been playing for some years?
