I have an EAL/EAP program for teenagers and young adults called "learn to Earn". I use the horses to encourage the mental/behavioral health students to learn how to cope with life, learn structure and discipline and prepare these students to be able to go on an interview, have a job reference, be able to learn and follow the direction of the owners/managers for gainful employment experience.
