Currently we have bids for a UAE project that is funded. It is both residential and commercial but the bidding developer can not have any interest or dealings in Dubai. The project is in excess of 80 billion.

I am also following the Kennedy Wilson Dillingham Ranch Ag Lots release. It appears that they have postponed the release of 77 Five-acre lots on the North Shore of Oahu, until the economy rebounds.
